Shailesh Kumar is the Founder of Blueglobe Supply Chain and a global supply chain and operations leader with nearly 20 years of experience across e-commerce, logistics, and manufacturing in India, Canada, and the United States. At Amazon, he led large-scale robotics-enabled & Non Robotics fulfillment centers, last-mile networks, and transportation operations across multiple regions. At Asian Paints, he drove greenfield and brownfield manufacturing expansions, scaling highly automated facilities while delivering significant cost and efficiency improvements.
An IIT Kanpur alumnus, Shailesh brings a boardroom-to-floor perspective — combining network strategy, automation, and large-scale execution. Through Blueglobe, he partners with e-commerce and manufacturing leaders to design resilient, scalable supply chain systems built for long-term performance.
